The Mortgage Loan Process can be mysterious and overwhelming. The loan officer asks you for information and documentation and then you wait, and wait and wait. Often times information you receive from the Loan Officer can be confusing, or seem contradictory.

See the loan process from the other side. This site will explain what happens to your application once you give the information to the Loan Officer. It explains what the lenders are looking for in your application, and therefore render a decision as to how much you need to put down (or will qualify for on a refinance), what interest rate you will be offered, and what documentation you will need (and why it is needed).

By enpowering you with information, you may see:

  • That you qualify for more then you thought you might
  • Determine a plan for the future to help you purchase a house within the next year
  • Help take the confusion out of a current transaction
